SPCA Tampa Bay seeks 30 volunteer dog trainers

LARGO – The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Tampa Bay is seeking 30 dedicated volunteer dog trainers for their Family Dog Training Program.
These individuals will have the opportunity to learn training methods implemented by some of the top trainers in the country at no monetary cost. An intense, six-week, hands-on training program will be followed by a commitment of volunteer hours.
Trained volunteers will make a difference, increasing adoption rates by building a foundation for good behavior for homeless pets and assist in behavior classes for the public.
