How does the e-edition work?
Tampa Bay Newspapers' e-edition allows online readers two ways to view a PDF. Portable Document Format (PDF) is a file format created by Adobe Systems. To view a PDF, you'll need a current version of Adobe Reader, which is free. Online readers have a choice of reading the e-edition online or downloading the PDF to their personal computer.

When are e-editions updated each week?
The Seminole and Beach Beacons are updated on Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning.
The Largo Leader, Belleair Bee and Clearwater Citizen are updated on Wednesday night or early Thursday morning.
The Pinellas Park Beacon is updated on Thursday night or early Friday morning.
The Special Sections are updated on Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning.

What do I need to view the e-editions?
To view the e-editions, all you need is the latest copy of Adobe Reader, which is free and and Firefox 2 or 3 or Internet Explorer 7.

I can download the PDF, but I can't view it in a browser, what do I do?
A number of reasons exist for this problem, depending on your operating system and type of computer you are using. The first thing you should do is make sure you have an up-to-date copy of Adobe Reader and are using either Firefox version 2 or 3 or Internet Explorer 7.
If that's not the problem, the issue is most likely with the setup of Adobe Reader on your computer. Click here for a number of solutions provided by Adobe. If you still can't get the e-edition to work, send an e-mail to webmaster@tbnweekly.com.

What is the difference between a free and paid subscription?
A free subscription allows you access to all of TBN's special sections, including the Clip N' Save Coupons.
A paid subscription allows you access to all six publications, the special sections and a month of editions available for download.

How can I upgrade my subscription from free to paid?
Log in and go to your account page. The link is on the top right side between FAQ and Logout. Click the box next to "I want to upgrade my subscription" and fill out the form. Someone from our staff will contact during regular business hours to confirm your subscription and take your payment.
